With bloodwork, we will be examining the root causes of your concerns and establishing an individualized protocol so you can start healing. Once I receive your bloodwork, I will conduct an analysis and provide a bioindividualized protocol.

Embodying who we desire to be puts us in a higher energetic state to take aligned action. We must be in order to do and have.

Within our hectic worlds, stress comes can be physical, mental, emotional, or environmental, with harmful effects to our health. Finding the stressors that affect us the most and transforming them into motivating using techniques such as meditation and hypnosis will transform our everyday lives.

Our food blueprint is everything we have learned to think, feel, and act towards food and body image. As we go back in time to how we ate as kids to now, we can see patterns that have emerged that may or may not be serving you.

Did you know that most of the time we are dehydrated? Our bodies are over 60% of water, and our brain and heart over 73%. Water is vital for our cells to function, and there are many ways to hydrate aside from drinking plain water.

The body and the mind need time to heal. Resting provides the necessary conditions so that you can heal.

I’m Beatríz Satizábal.

I have been right where you currently are.

About ten years ago I was beginning to take my first birth control at 17. I was just “diagnosed” with PCOS and told I would continue to have painful menstrual cycles and difficulty conceiving. I did not understand the magnitude of what that could mean later on, but I trusted the doctors and began taking them right away.

It was not until grad school that I realized that the PCOS but what my body was trying to tell me all along: my mindset, nutrition, and happiness were not in alignment with the calm lifestyle I was seeking.

Guess what I did next?! I slowly started to change my lifestyle, from ditching all toxic cosmetic products to begging my doctor to do a hormonal test. To my surprise everything came back “normal” and had no need for birth control or hormonal regulators! I was left with more questions than answers. So during the pandemic, I complete my integrative wellness coaching and neurolinguistic programming certificate so that I can help people like you live more mindfully and naturally balanced.

During the next few months, we will be focusing on you! We start by reviewing the results of your functional tests (hormonal, minerals, thyroid, gastrointestinal, food sensitivities). Then, we formulate a protocol along with a lifestyle plan that incorporates all of the important aspects of your life, such as family, work, food, and hobbies.

I understand that it may be difficult to trust someone with such a personal topic, but I have been in your shoes.

I was overweight, suffering from heavy periods, and cysts. For 10 years I took hormonal regulators (birth control) without someone telling me of the effects it could have on my body and mind. I had to beg my doctor for a simple hormonal panel and even to replace my birth control pill with a non-hormonal option.

While juggling a hormonal imbalance, I was starting my first year of graduate school. Trying to finish a degree in one year put extreme pressure and stress on my mind and body. Within that year, I gained weight and experience extreme anxiety and my first panic attacks.

I am here for you! From the moment we get on a discovery call, I will your guide and holistic best friend on your wellness journey. Each functional test will be thoroughly assessed and discussed with you along with a lifestyle plan that fits your needs and desires so you can heal and thrive.

How much is this program?

 

The 6-12 month program is an emotional, physical, mental, and financial investment.

Since your needs are different than others, let’s discuss more in depth the costs of bloodwork analysis that would best align with your goals and the number of consultations we will have together.

 

How often do we meet?

 

We will meet at the begin and end of each stage of your protocol, which could be anywhere between 30-90 days. In the meantime I will be checking in on you throughout the weeks to listen to your needs, celebrate your wins, or motivate you along the way.

 

How fast can I see results?

 

The healing process is not linear; therefore, each person responds differently when changes start to occur. It will take time, but slowly you will notice a new level of awareness you did not have before. Your body will start to respond accordingly, so trust your own process!
