Functional Blood Work
Have your blood labs been “normal,” yet you do not feel good?
“Normal” does not mean optimal.” Blood work can show us red flags that signal dysfunction in our bodies. Reading bloodwork from a functional perspective can show the presence of possible parasites, heavy metals, toxins, viruses, and bacteria. Functional bloodwork reading uses smaller ranges, optimal for overall health and wellbeing to find the red flags before it becomes dis-eased.
So, why have doctors told me over and over again that everything looks “normal”? Blood work ranges are established by testing about 120 people for a particular range. Although 120 people seems sufficient, the “normal” range is the determined by finding the average results and extending it to fit 95.4% of the results. Basically, if all 120 are ill, that range will be wider and wider, creating a huge range of “normalcy.” Conventional medicine flags for “abnormal” results once the disease has developed and shown signs and symptoms.
